A Garrison woman was seriously injured Tuesday morning when she was ejected from the vehicle she was operating and then struck by another vehicle.
Deputy Gary Sparks said the accident happened about 5:40 a.m. as a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt was traveling east on Ky. Rt. 8 at Kentucky Heights.
