The operator of a popular Mexican restaurant in Vanceburg died suddenly Sunday at the restaurant’s location on Second Street.
Miguel Mora, 55, opened Los Toritos Locos at the location of the former Second Street Diner in January.
The cause of his death was not immediately known.
