Two Licking Valley CAP employees were the subject of a recent special meeting of the organization’s board of directors in light of an active investigation in the organization.
A special meeting of the Licking Valley Community Action Program board was held Thursday at the group’s office in Flemingsburg where the discussions centered around personnel, according to Fleming County Judge Executive Larry Foxworthy, who serves as president of the board of directors.
