Officials, friends, family and constituents gathered Tuesday at Morehead State University for the dedication of the Rocky Adkins Dining Commons.
The event was hosted by MSU President Wayne D. Andrews and other university officials.
The facility, which will be informally known as “The Rock,” was built on the site of the former Waterfield Hall at the heart of MSU’s campus.
