A Garrison man charged with murder in the shooting death of a man attempting to repossess a pick-up truck was arraigned Tuesday morning in Lewis District Court.
The video arraignment was presided over by District Judge Brian McCloud with Michael Justice, 47, of Garrison, appearing on video from the Lewis County Detention Center.
Lewis County Attorney Benjamin Harrison and Public Defender Christopher Hall also attended from their respective offices.
