Jeffrey Wayne Pack, 54, of Firebrick, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
He was born February 19, 1962, a son of Marvin Pack and Clara Joan Sheperd Pack.
In addition to his parents, survivors include one brother, Marvin Pack Jr. of Portsmouth, Ohio; and two sisters, Melinda Pack of Cincinnati, Ohio and Kristina Wright of Firebrick.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Rex Pack.
Services will be at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore with Bro. Bob Brownell officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
