A Garrison man has been charged in connection with a fatal motor vehicle collision on the AA Highway last month.
David J. Young, 39, has been charged with murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Lewis County Sheriff Johnny Bivens said the two-vehicle collision happened May 18 on the AA Highway about nine miles west of Vanceburg.
