Deputies escort body of Tom Polley to Tollesboro Christian Church

Members of the Lewis County and Mason County sheriff’s departments escorted the body of Tom Polley to Tollesboro Christian Church Monday afternoon.

Polley served with the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department for 22 years and was a US Army veteran.

Visitation will be at the church until 8:00 p.m. Monday. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Tollesboro Christian Church with Chaplain John Byard officiating.

Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery. Members of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department will serve as pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Adams, Jeff Polley, Seth Lightner, DJ Jenkins, Joel McCann, Nicholas Collins, and Josh Castle.

Arrangements are under the direction of Barbour and Son Funeral Home in Tollesboro.
