Vanceburg City Council met in a special session last week, three days after the regular meeting was scheduled due to lack of a quorum.
Only three members of council showed up on Monday evening, the regularly scheduled date. Four are required before an official meeting may be conducted. The special meeting was then called for Thursday evening.
