Members of the Vanceburg Electric Plant Board met in regular session and received an update on the completion of work to have a consent judgement lifted.
The judgement concerned issues with the city’s sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems.
“The judge signed the order terminating the consent judgment in late November,” Plant Board Superintendent Bill Tom Stone told board members.
