Board of Ed hears updates on LCCE and TES

Members of the Lewis County Board of Education heard school updates from two elementary principals and honored three students for their achievements during a regular session of the board last week.
Tollesboro Elementary Principal Woody Underwood and Central Elementary Principal Stacy Kidwell each presented highlights from their respective schools and shared strategies they are utilizing to improve test scores and learning atmospheres.
