Adkins reports session ends on good note for Lewis

The 2016 General Assembly’s Legislative Session ended late Friday and with some good things in store for Lewis County.
“I’m happy to report that we’ve had a really good session for Lewis County and projects and initiatives that are very important to moving the county forward in the future,” said Rep. Rocky Adkins.
Among those good things were matching funding from the state on a nickel tax, passage of a synthetic drug bill and funding in the state’s road plan for local projects.
