A Vanceburg man was arrested Tuesday on charges stemming from alleged incidents that occurred in Indiana in 2014 and 2017.
Vanceburg Police Officer Sam Richmond said William F. Mofford Sr., 70, of Vanceburg, was arrested on extraditable warrants from Boone County, Indiana, on charges of child molestation.
