An accident resulting from an auto hydroplaning off the roadway sent a Lewis County mother and her daughter to the hospital Friday afternoon.

Deputy Mark Sparks said the accident happened shortly after 3:00 p.m. Friday on the AA Highway just east of the Ronald Reagan Connector Road.
