Two Garrison residents have been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance after pills, cash, and other items were allegedly found in their vehicle.
Sheriff Johnny Bivens said he observed a suspect vehicle Thursday night in an area near the intersection of the AA Highway and Ky. Rt. 1306 (Kinney Road) at Garrison.
