A Carter County woman has been charged with trafficking and possession of drugs following a traffic stop in Vanceburg early Saturday.
Vanceburg Police Chief Joe Billman said Officer Anthony Carrington made a traffic stop on KY 8 near Slate Hollow which led to the discovery of meth, heroin, and drug paraphernalia.
