A Vanceburg man has been arrested and charged with possession of heroin following a traffic stop for speeding on the AA Highway at Tollesboro.
Sheriff Johnny Bivens said deputies were patrolling in the area Saturday night when they made a traffic stop on a vehicle that was speeding on the highway.
