A Lewis County man has been charged with cultivation of marijuana and possession of legend drugs after authorities received a text tip.
KSP Telecommunicator Eric Robinson with the Morehead Post of the Kentucky State Police said the post received a Text-A-Tip complaint reporting alleged drug activity in the Emerson community.
