Kenneth Delbert Borger, 70, of Vanceburg, passed away Tuesday morning, October 15, 2019, at Edgewood of Lucasville in Lucasville, Ohio.
He was born June 30, 1949, in Celina, Ohio, a son of the late Paul and Ruth Ann Huelskamp Borger. Continue reading
