A couple of students at Garrison Elementary School got a surprise today when their mom, USAF Capt. Melissa Emely, stopped by the school returning from duty.
GES third grader Ethan Poynter and first grader Emely Poynter were brought to a classroom where Capt. Emely was waiting to greet them.
The three headed home after the reunion.
