A convicted sex offender from Ohio has been arrested and lodged in the Lewis County Detention Center for reportedly failing to report his residency.
Deputy Bryon Walker said Roy Gene Smith, 59, was arrested at a location on Crooked Creek Saturday after the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office received a number of complaints.
