A Tollesboro man was airlifted to a trauma center Saturday after the motorbike he was operating went off the roadway and overturned, ejecting the operator.

Sheriff’s Lt. Bryon Walker said the crash happened about 2:45 p.m. on Quick’s Run Road about 3.8 miles from KY 8.

Walker said Joshua Duncan, 31, was traveling north on Quick’s Run Road on a small motorbike when he reportedly met an oncoming vehicle and went off the right side of the roadway where the bike overturned.
