A Vanceburg family spending a few days at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, were witnesses to a small plane crashing into the Atlantic Ocean a short distance from the beach.
Charles and Belinda Riley were at the oceanside resort with their four children Tuesday afternoon, May 9, when the small plane with only the pilot aboard went down.
