On Thursday, July 6, 2017, at approximately 11:00 PM, KSP arrested Andrew D. Liles, age 20 of Garrison, and charged him with one count of Prohibited Use of Electronic Communication System to Procure a Minor/Police Officer for Sex (Class D Felony), and four counts of Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor.
Liles was lodged in the Lewis County Detention Center. The incident remains under investigation by Detective Brian Cooper KSP.
