Garrison house destroyed in fire

Firefighters were called to a house on Kinney Road at Garrison Friday morning when smoke was reported to be coming from the unoccupied structure.
The call came about 7:00 a.m. when the house, belonging to Amos and Virginia Bevens, had caught fire.
