Trooper Patrick Hamilton with the Ashland Post of the Kentucky State Police is investigating a single-vehicle accident on Sunday that injured all four occupants of the vehicle.
Master Trooper Michael Murriell said the accident happened about 7:41 a.m. Sunday on Ky. Rt. 8 near the Lewis/Greenup county line.
