David Sullivan

David Wayne Sullivan, 53, of Garrison, passed away Sunday morning, September 29, 2019, at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville.

He was born August 25, 1966, in Scioto County, Ohio, a son of Ethel Hughes Sullivan of Garrison, and the late Virgil Sullivan.

David was of the Christian faith and enjoyed watching NASCAR races, wrestling, old westerns, UK Basketball and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother, David is survived by his companion, Debbie Redden Sullivan; one stepson, Richard Corns of Vanceburg; one stepdaughter, Amy Corns of Vanceburg; one stepgrandchild, Emily Corns; and two brothers, Tom Sullivan (Debbie) of Quincy, and Jackie Dale Sullivan of Garrison. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Karen Samples and one step grandson, David Alexander Corns.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison with Bro. Kevin Yeager officiating. Interment will follow in Lewis County Memory Gardens.

Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2019, and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison, Kentucky.

Pallbearers will be Richard Corns, Tom Sullivan, Logan Cottingham, Jeff Barbour, Scott Mullins, Jackie Sullivan, Troy Hughes and Matthew Sullivan.
