An elderly Lewis County couple was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle accident Tuesday in Vanceburg.

Vanceburg Police Sgt. Mark Jordan said the accident happened about 4:25 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Ky. Rt. 8 and Ky. Rt. 59.
