An Ohio man charged with second degree manslaughter has pleaded not guilty to the charges in Lewis District court.
Brent Bostick, 34, of South Webster, Ohio, was charged following a fatal traffic crash on September 18 that claimed the life of Derek Hettinger, 24, of Lucasville, Ohio.
Deputy Eric Poynter said the incident happened about 7:45 p.m. September 18 on Ky. Rt. 8 at the intersection of Old Dam 31 Road, just west of the Greenup County line.
