Sheriff Johnny Bivens is investigating an accident Monday afternoon involving a tractor-trailer and full-size van near the Rowan County line that caused traffic delays on the roadway for a couple of hours.

Bivens said the accident happened on Ky. Rt. 377 about a mile north of the Rowan County as a 2017 Peterbilt tractor and trailer was traveling south and a 2017 Chevrolet full-size van was traveling north on the roadway.
